solutions

With the rise in urban population and its newer spatial requirements, the definition for temporary varies from a few days to few months or also years. The use of bamboo as the core spanning material is not just sustainable but also a logical choice for structures that have a life span of less than ten years. Construction laborers in Asian context are left with no choice but create their own slum somewhere on the site. Providing prefabricated and ecologically responsible shelters will not just provide a roof but also aspiration for greener future.

In case of Natural disasters, the solution lies in the time of execution and its shiftability. Most of the shelters provided by NGO’s are heaps of plastic coverings that are cut and adjusted on site.

Our Structures are replicable and adaptive to any given context and function. The deployment of shelters by CHHAT will help recognize and subdue the chaos during events.
